The Importance of Willingness to Be Cleansed
Last night in my dream, I found myself sorting through my clothes, even though they were not dirty. I specifically chose the white garments, wanting to wash them separately to ensure they became even cleaner and whiter. As the dream continued, I saw myself using a water pipe to spray down the walls of my house, aiming for a deeper level of cleanliness.
Reflecting on this dream, I couldn’t help but see a deeper spiritual meaning. I believe that the Lord is using this season to cleanse and purify me. However, what struck me the most was the realization that my willingness to be cleansed is just as important as God’s desire to clean me.
In the dream, it was my own hands that were washing the clothes and spraying the water. This symbolizes my desire and willingness to be spiritually cleansed. When we actively seek to be purified, it becomes easier for God to work in our lives.
Sometimes, God wants to cleanse us, and He can do so in His own way and timing. However, when we are willing participants in the process, it becomes a more transformative experience. Our desire to be cleansed opens the door for God to work more deeply within us.
So, as I reflect on this dream, I am reminded of the importance of my own willingness to be cleansed spiritually. It is not enough to passively wait for God to clean us. Instead, we must actively seek His cleansing and surrender ourselves to His transformative power.
